What’s Included

Six Weeks of Skill Exploration: Explore a variety of level-appropriate classes over six weeks, trying out different pole dance styles and training techniques to discover and refine your unique approach.

Weekly Challenges and Instructor Feedback: Stay motivated with weekly challenges that encourage growth and confidence, supported by personalized feedback from our experienced instructors.

Diverse Class Options: Expand your abilities with a mix of classes that focus on various aspects of pole dancing and complementary training, helping you become a stronger and more versatile dancer.

How the Challenge Works

Over the next six weeks, you’ll embark on a journey to explore various dance styles and techniques that will help you become a well-rounded and confident pole dancer. Here’s how you can participate and succeed in the challenge:

Choose Your Classes: Each week, select classes from “Your Dance Curriculum” to participate in. You’ll have the opportunity to explore different categories such as “Pole 101,” “Spin & Flow Fundamentals,” “Exotic Expressions 101,” “Stretch Studies,” and many more. Tailor your schedule to your skill level and interests while pushing yourself to try new things.

Attend a Class from Each Category: To complete the challenge, you must attend at least one class from each of the 13 categories in “Your Dance Curriculum.” This ensures a well-rounded training experience that covers a broad range of skills and styles.

Earn Your Rewards: Participants who complete the challenge by attending a class from all 13 categories will earn a T-shirt, water bottle, and a pole bag.

Aim for the Win: To win the challenge, attend all 27 classes offered in “Your Dance Curriculum.” The participant who completes all classes and attends the most additional classes will win a month of FREE classes at our studio!

Track Your Progress: Receive personalized feedback and guidance from our expert instructors to help you stay on track and reach your goals. Take advantage of this support to refine your technique and grow as a dancer.

Celebrate Your Success: You will receive a BIG GOLD STAR on the board beside your name for each class you complete so you can track your progress and share in our achievements. Don’t forget to cheer your fellow Polers on and celebrate their wins each week as well. 

Pole 101: Revisit the Fundamentals Class: Intro to Pole

In Pole 101, whether you’re a newcomer or a seasoned dancer, you’ll have the chance to revisit and refine the essential foundations of pole dance. This category is all about building a solid base—mastering basic spins, grips, and climbs to strengthen your technique and confidence. Perfect for refreshing your skills or starting fresh, these classes will help you reconnect with the core principles of pole dance, setting you up for success as you advance through your dance curriculum.

Spin & Flow Fundamentals: Mastering Movement

Classes: Beginner Spins & Transitions Lvl 1, Beginner Spins & Transitions Lvl 2, Spins & Transitions
