These classes have their own individual recommended attire, please see each description before attending class. You should expect to spend at least 8 Weeks in these classes

  • Intro to Exotic

    In this class we welcome you to the incredible world of Exotic Pole Dancing. You will be required to have knee pads and are encourage to invest in your own pair of Pleasers (Exotic Dance Shoes)

    Here we will learn the technique of walking and moving around the pole in our shoes, and we will go through the basics of pole choreography. We will learn basic spins on the pole and all types of body waves as well as basic floor work.

    Each of your classes will consist of: a warm up, a series of drills, a review of each element in the combo, the combo on static and on spin pole, the combo set to music, a dance out and a cool down.

  • Intermediate Choreo

    In this class you will learn a beautiful fully choreographed Pole Dance routine, this style of class is also known as Pole Art.

    This is where we take the skills you have learnt in your beginner, Intermediate and floorwork programming and develop them into beautiful works of art. Each of your classes will consist of: a warm up, a series of drills, 30-45 sec of new choreography, review of the previous choreography, a dance out and a cool down.

    Our Intermediate choreography classes are fast paced and are focused on developing your dance and performance skills. This is not a class for you to be learning a spin for the first time. You will learn a range of routines styled primarily in a contemporary outlet.

    Pre-requisites for this class: Beginner Level classes and is by Instructor invite only

  • Heels Choreo

    This class is designed to help you build and bring out inner confidence while getting sassy and rocking it in your heels. Different from our Intermediate Choreo, this class style can vary from high passed or be slow and sensual.

    The pole is your friend as you are taught a choreographed routine that may include basic pole moves at your level.

    Attitude is encouraged as the routines will make you feel like a diva.

    Knee pads are recommended for low flow and floor work that may be included in the choreography.

    This class is a fusion between Heels Dance and Pole Choreography, and it is the perfect pairing for any dancer looking to spice things up.

  • Intro to Inverts

    In this Intro to Inverts class you will be introduced to the love of being safely and confidently upside down on the pole. If you are redy to see what life is like when everything is upside down, then it is time to get inverted.

    In this class begin to develop skills that create a foundation which helps you build the strength and flexibility to gracefully hold inverted poses while utilizing three points of bodily contact.

    What you can expect in this class: A lot of support from your teacher and class mates, a jump outside of your comfort zone and a walk down memory lane to your childhood self playing on the monkey bars.

    Each of your classes will consist of: a warm up, a series of drills, review of basic inverts, breakdown of a new inverted trick, and a cool down.

    Pre-requisites for this class: Previous Gymnastics, figure skating, cross fit training etc. or Beginner Level Classes

    Required attire for this class: Pole Shorts and Sports Bra

  • Intro to Climbs & Holds

    This is the most demanding class in our Intermediate level classes.

    In this class you will learn how to Climb your Pole efficiently, as well as how to hold different poses and positions on the pole.

    This class is designed for Beginners and focuses on building strength, taking your time to complete each movement and gaining confidence in your new skills.

    There are endless amounts of different holds to learn and we take it class by class until you have them all.

  • Intermediate Spins

    This class is designed for students who have mastered the basics of pole dancing and are ready to elevate their skills. We will be focusing on advanced spinning techniques primarily in split grip, reverse grip and forearm grip as well as both Static and Spin Pole. This class is designed to help participants to develop fluidity, grace, and strength in their movements.

    Students will learn a variety of spins, how to seamlessly incorporate these into dynamic routines, and ways to enhance their stamina and flexibility.

    Safety remains a priority, with emphasis on proper grip, body alignment, and injury prevention. This engaging and physically demanding class not only boosts physical fitness but also encourages artistic expression and confidence.

    Each class will consist of a warm up, drills, class review and a new spin as well as practice time and cool down.

    Recommended Attire: Shorts, tank top, sports bra

    Pre-requisites: You must complete your Beginner Classes prior to signing up for this class

  • Spins & Transitions

    This class is designed to enhance students' ability to perform intricate spins and seamless transitions, focusing on the fluidity and control necessary to execute these movements elegantly.

    Students will explore a variety of spins from both our Beginner Spins and our Intermediate Spins classes and the mechanics of linking these spins with transitions, creating cohesive and visually stunning routines.

    Attention is given to improving strength, flexibility, and endurance, while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety and proper form.

    Suitable for dancers with some pole experience, this class aims to deepen artistic expression and technical skills, culminating in increased confidence and performance prowess both on and off the pole.

    Each Class will consist of: a warm up, a series of drills, review of previous spins & transitions, a new combo as well as dancing it out and cool down.

    Recommended attire: Leggings, sock, tank top, sports bra

  • Pole Art

    This class is beautifully crafted and focuses on the expressive and artistic aspects of pole dancing.

    It's designed for students who want to merge dance, acrobatics, and creative expression, transforming pole dancing into a form of performance art.

    This class emphasizes storytelling, emotional expression, and the use of thematic elements to convey narratives and evoke feelings through pole choreography.

    Students will explore a variety of dance styles and artistic concepts to develop unique performance skills that go beyond technical execution. Focusing on how movements can be stylized to create impactful and memorable performances.

    Classes include technique refinement, choreography, and exercises in musicality and expression, allowing dancers to synchronize their movements with the music.

    This course is suitable for individuals who are comfortable with basic pole techniques and are looking to deepen their expressive capabilities.

    The Pole Art class offers a supportive environment where creativity is encouraged, fostering a deeper connection between the dancer and their artistic voice. Through guided practice and feedback, students will learn to not only showcase their technical skills but also their individual artistry and emotional depth.

    Recommended Attire: Bring your pole bag that includes: Shorts, knee pads, leggings, socks, shoes, long sleeved shirt, tank top , sports bra etc. Attire will be dependent on the choreo of the class

  • Intro to Allure Flow

    Our Intro to Allure Flow class is a beginner-friendly course designed to introduce the fundamentals of Allure Flow, a pole dancing style celebrated for its seamless transitions, perfect lines, and strength movements.

    This introductory class focuses on the key elements that make Allure Flow uniquely sophisticated and elegant, such as meticulous hand positioning, facial expressions, and the overall graceful execution of movements.

    Participants will start by learning the basic techniques required for pole dancing, including grip methods, basic spins, and floorwork. As they progress, the class will gradually incorporate more detailed aspects of Allure Flow, helping students understand how to weave these elements into their routines to enhance fluidity and aesthetic appeal.

    This class will emphasize the importance of subtlety and confidence in each movement, training students to perform with a mesmerizing finesse that captures the essence of Allure Flow.

    Intro to Allure Flow is perfect for those new to pole dancing or those looking to transition to a more expressive and detailed style of dance.
