  • Intro to Pole

    Immerse yourself in the fundamentals of pole dancing through a structured, supportive, and incredibly fun series of classes.

    Perfect for beginners, this program is designed to build confidence, strength, and grace in the world of pole. The best part is, there is no upper body strength required to join our Intro to Pole Program!

    Dive into the basics of pole dancing with classes designed to progress from simple spins to more complex combinations, all in a nurturing environment.

    What You Will Learn:

    Fundamental Skills: Grip techniques, basic spins, and introductory combos.

    Strength Building: Exercises and routines tailored to enhance your core, upper body, and leg strength.

    Flexibility: Incorporate flexibility training to improve your range of motion and prevent injuries.

    Routine Choreography: Put it all together with choreographed routines that let you flow seamlessly around the pole.

  • Beginner Spins & Transitions Lvl 1

    In this class you will be introduced to over 8 new spins & transition combinations. A transition is an artistic move performed with the pole and with your feet on the floor, that allows you to move between spins and tricks without stopping the flow of movement. In this class you will learn how to seamlessly move out of a spin and into a transition and back again, as well as put your beautiful combinations to music.

    This is an exciting time in your pole dancing learnings, this is when you really begin to feel things come together. You will begin to recognize familiar terminology and begin to understand Pole language. This is a class that encourages you to practice and perfect the skills you have been developing and it is when you will be encouraged to let your own personal style begin to shine through.

    In this class your instructor will show you the combination, breakdown each movement, and help you to put it all together with music. Each of your classes will consist of: a warm up, a series of drills, a review of each element in the combo, the combo on static and on spin pole, the combo set to music, a dance out and a cool down.

  • Intro to Choreo

    This class is focused on how to build choreo, how to take what you have learnt in your Beginner Spins & Transitions classes and add music to it. This class is where your 3rd program begins. At this point in our Pole Journey you will be feeling very comfortable with your Entry Level Pole Skils and now its time for you to just sit back, and get excited to learn how it all works together.

    Your instructor will now begin to focus their teachings on; counts, placement, stylizing and fluidity

    Each of your classes will consist of: a warm up, a series of drills, a review of each element in the combo, the combo on static and on spin pole, the combo set to music, a dance out and a cool down.

  • Beginner Spins

    In this class you will be introduced to pole spins.

    A pole spin is when you travel around the pole with your feet off of the floor.

    This is one of the best classes to help you along your pole journey. Pole spins are not only fun but also a great way to build beautiful long lean muscle through-out your entire body.

    The spins in our beginner spins classes consist of 3 points of contact with the pole, we work on static and spin pole, and introduce you to multiple entries and exits out of each spin.

    Each class consist of a warm up, a series of drills, a new spin, a review of previous spins, a dance out and a cool down.

    Each students Pole Journey is different, you will find you have strengths and weaknesses that may differ from your fellow pole dancers.

    Therefore, your teacher is here to guide you and work with you at whatever level you are working through, they will always have the time to break things down, review, and continue to challenge you.

    This class is your last stop before you graduate from Beginner Level classes to our Intermediate Classes.

  • Beginner Spins & Transitions Lvl 2

    Elevate your pole dancing skills in our Beginner Spins & Transitions Level 2 class, where you will be introduced to 6 new spins and transition combinations. Building on the foundation laid in Level 1, this class focuses on more complex transitions and spins, enhancing your fluidity and artistry. A transition is an artistic move performed with the pole and your feet on the floor, allowing you to move seamlessly between spins and tricks without breaking the flow of movement.

    In this class, you will refine your ability to move out of a spin and into a transition and back again, creating beautiful, continuous combinations set to music. This stage of your pole dancing journey is where you will truly see your skills coming together, recognizing familiar terminology and understanding the Pole language more deeply. You'll have the opportunity to perfect the skills you have been developing and begin to express your unique style.

    Your instructor will demonstrate each combination, break down each movement, and guide you in putting it all together with music. Each class will include a warm-up, a series of drills, a review of each element in the combo, practice on both static and spin pole, the combo set to music, a dance-out session, and a cool-down.
