  • Exotic

    Welcome back to insatiable world of Exotic, it is incredible, invigorating, and breath taking.

    This class is going to take your Pole experience to a whole new level!

    Exotic involves the ultimate muscle engagement. You will learn how to stand tall, with a look that just exudes confidence. Learning how to control and take ownership of your body is one of the best skills you can learn from Pole.

    Our Exotic class will incorporate; Floorwork, exotic transitions, spins and climbs. You will learn how to move your body in beautifully twisted movements and positions, this class is taught on a choreography styled outline and is focused on basic pirouettes, hair flicks, body waves and step arounds.

    Pre-requisites: Beginner Level Classes and Intro to Exotic

    Required attire: Pole Heels and Knee Pads

  • Inverts

    Now that you have a strong basic invert, you are ready to move on to this advanced level class.

    Here is where we smooth out existing skills and begin to move in to different style of Inverts for your level of experience.

    In this class you will be expected to execute all of our Beginner Level Inverts without assistance or crash matt.

    This class focuses on core strength and flexibility to help you confidently, safely and gracefully execute each Invert.

    As you continue to master each move you will be excited to see how far you have come and excited to see what you can do next!

    Each of your classes will consist of: a warm up, a series of drills, review of previous inverted tricks, breakdown of a new inverted trick, and a cool down.

    In this advanced class you will begin to feel very strong and confident within your abilities, it is always magical to watch our students grow in their skills, but please always remember to ask for help when you need it and never attempt any tricks on your own that you aren’t confident in.

  • Climbs & Holds

    This class focuses on all basic Pole climbs (basic, b-hook, forearm, ankle and floor sweeping) as well as your upright holds.

    As you begin to master each climb and your individual holds, we will begin to challenge you by creating beautiful combinations with your vertical travel.

    This class is a very demanding class and requires a lot of time to master, but once you do, you will be so happy you did.

    The skills you gain from this class will take you to a mastery level. It is recommended that you take this class in conjunction with Inverts, Spinning Holds & Combos and Mixed Combos.

  • Spinning Holds & Combos

    Our Spinning Holds & Combos is a meticulously structured class designed for pole dancers looking to seamlessly integrate advanced spins, climbs, and holds into fluid combinations without touching the ground.

    This class not only enhances technical skills but also deepens understanding of the physical dynamics at play.

    Throughout the course, emphasis is placed on understanding multiple grips and how to effectively use body mechanics to maintain momentum. As students progress, they will gain a more intuitive grasp of their body's capabilities and the physics involved in executing complex maneuvers.

    The instructor plays a crucial role in your pole journey, providing education on all technical aspects, offering personalized support, and fostering an environment where strengths are celebrated and skills are finely tuned.

    This class is ideal for pole dancers who are eager to push their boundaries and fluidly connect their movements in spin pole.

    This class is designed for students who have a solid foundation in static spins, climbs, holds, and inversions.

    Each session is structured to progressively build on the students' existing skills, allowing them to explore new ways to connect moves seamlessly and enhance their fluidity and grace on the pole.

    The class emphasizes the development of strength, flexibility, and control, ensuring students are able to execute complex sequences with confidence. By merging different techniques, students not only improve their pole repertoire but also gain a deeper understanding of movement transitions and the dynamics of pole dancing.

    Yes the pole will be on spin and students will refine their techniques to create fluid, captivating sequences that showcase their strength and control.

    Key elements of the course include developing endurance to hold poses, minimizing reliance on grip aids, and mastering the art of generating and controlling movement throughout each routine. 

    This class is Ideal for seasoned pole dancers seeking to elevate their performance, and this class promises to challenge physical limits as well as expand their creative expression through high-energy, spinning inverts.

    - You must be training at an advanced level in Inverts.

This course emphasizes the fusion of artistry and athleticism, focusing on advanced spins, seamless transitions, and expressive floorwork. Each session is crafted to not only challenge your physical limits but also to enhance your expressive capabilities in a supportive and empowering atmosphere.

    This class consists of advanced spins and aerial tricks to captivate audiences. Fluid transitions that enhance performance continuity. Expressive floorwork that integrates seamlessly with pole techniques. Targeted strength and flexibility drills to improve safety and trick execution.

    Each class begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body for intense activity.

    Focus on targeted drills to enhance muscle engagement and perfect the foundational aspects of spins and transitions. Learn new spins or spin combinations, building upon your existing repertoire. Revisit previously learned techniques to ensure mastery and consistency. End each session with a dance-out to practice flowing movements and routines. Conclude with stretches and relaxation exercises to aid recovery and flexibility.

    Pre requisites: Participants should have a solid foundation in basic pole dancing skills and be comfortable with pole climbs and inverts.
