March Reopening

Here is everything you need to know about our March 1st 2021 studio re-opening:
1. We will be operating on a month by month basis until full restrictions have lifted, at which point we will resume offering our 8 week programs
2. All pole classes & workshops will have a max 5 students per class. Yoga & Street Jazz will have a max of 9 students per class
3. All classes on file are now used as Drop In Classes
4. Any purchases for workshops that were unable to run due to the December 2020 lockdown, will be honoured for any March 2021 workshops
5. All classes & workshops must be pre booked
6. You will now be able to book your classes for the entire month
7. All bookings will be done on a first come first serve basis
8. No Shows and Cancellations within 24 hrs will be charged at full price
9. Waitlists will be available for all classes & workshops
10. Additional classes will be added to the schedule as needed

Class Descriptions

At Body Evolution Studios we have a variety of classes for all fitness and artistic levels. All of our classes emphasize proper technique to prevent injury while allowing individuals to work at their own pace. Each class is designed to train the proper muscle groups for the techniques being taught and prepare for the next level of classes.

We believe it is important to split up classes not only by degree of difficulty but also by style. We strive to produce well-rounded dancers.

Group Fitness Classes

Buns & Thighs

This group class focuses on toning and strengthening your legs and glutes. In sculpting a beautiful lower body we use Ballet inspired exercises, resistance training equipment, and light weights.

Chair Dance

Learn the fundamentals of this fun and flirty cardio work-out. Get in style and get in shape as you express your sassy self while learning basic moves and put them all together in great choreographed combos.

Contemporary Dance

Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical, and classical Ballet. Contemporary dancers strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements. Learn about this technique through creative pieces choreographed just for this expressive class.

Core Strength

A group class that is designed to work your entire core from shoulders to hips with Pilates-inspired exercises, body weight and light weights guaranteed to challenge you like never before. You will experience better posture and a stronger core.

Full Body Burn

This group class offers a metabolic workout that will blast through fat. Intervals and special exercises will give you a head to toe workout. This program is for those looking to achieve weight loss, toning, and building lean muscles. All fitness levels are welcome.


Stretch, strengthen, breathe and unwind. Any level experience and ability are welcome. Our instructors cater their classes to the needs of their students. Take some time and do something good for yourself.


Private Pole

We also offer private pole classes with Jacqueline or Libby for those who would like a bit more privacy or one-on-one attention.

Pole Parties

Looking for something fun and exciting to do on a Friday or Saturday night? Grab a group of friends and come on down to Body Evolution Studios for a 2-hour private party. For just $25 a person, you and a group of friends will have exclusive use of the studio. Learn how to pole dance, chair dance, or both! Whether it is for a girl’s night out or a bachelorette party, we can promise you a great night that you won’t forget!

*Please note that we require a minimum of 5 participants to rent out the studio.

Personalized Pole or Fitness Class

Looking for a personalized class for you and a couple friends? Meet with Jacqueline for a free consult to develop a class just for your group. Classes can include pole dancing or any of the fitness classes Jacqueline teaches.

*Classes are available any time outside of our regularly schedules classes.
