At 50, Trissy is living her best life. She is a mom of 2 adult children who’s been working full time in the telecommunications industry for 23 years. Outside of that, she has run marathons and has been part of a dragon boat team, but her passion is for pole fitness. Trissy loves to travel and has trained under other professionals at pole studios internationally.
Her journey began in 2013 when she just wanted to try something different and meet people. Someone she admired online assured her she wasn’t too old to give pole fitness a try and so she did. With no previous fitness or dance background she quickly learned to challenge her body in terms of strength and flexibility and was instantly hooked. Now she is an example that it is never too late to start! Age is not a barrier but a limitation you put on your mind.
Trissy has been teaching pole fitness since 2014 and happy to call Body Evolution Studios her pole home and extended family. She is an encouraging and supportive instructor who gets great joy from her ability to express and share her passion. She loves to create a fun and exciting environment where everyone feels welcome and safe to grow in every class, learning things they never imagined they could do with their bodies. She believes that every student has that untapped potential to be discovered and shared, whether they choose to perform for others or not. She helps students build the confidence, strength and body awareness to learn this for themselves while having great fun and enthusiastically cheering them on. If you haven’t tried a class with Trissy you don’t know what you are missing. She is certified in her CPR/AED and is certified fun!
