Beginner Choreography with Cheyanne
This is where we take the skills you have learnt in your beginner, Intermediate and floorwork programming and put them to the test with some fun choreography
Focused on the fundamentals of hand balancing.
Climbs & Holds
This class focuses on 3 basic Pole climbs (basic, b-hook & forearm) as well as basic upright holds. As you begin to master each climb and your individual holds, we will begin to challenge you by creating beautiful combinations with your vertical travel.
Intro to Inverts
It’s time to get inverted. You are introduced to the love of being safely and confidently upside down.
Intermediate Spins & Transitions
In this class you will learn how to link your more advanced spins together
Beginner Spins & Transitions
In this class you will learn how to link everything together

In this intermediate class you will begin to feel very strong and confident within your abilities
Learn to weave your spins of all levels together in this class
Learn to walk, spin, combo, and condition all your beginner spins together.

Yoga at the studio. This class is designed to let you take an hour just for you, practicing foundational yoga poses, working on your flexibility, strengthening your body and your mind.
