This is a mixed level inverts class where your instructor will have you working at your level of invert training.
Wether you are building the strength and flexibility to gracefully hold inverted poses while utilizing three points of bodily contact or you are seamlessly move from one trick into the next, transitioning up and down the pole, your instructor is here to teach , train and support you. This will class focus on core strength and flexibility to help you confidently, safely and gracefully execute each tricks. As you continue to master each move you will be excited to get that money shot that is sure to amaze! Each of your classes will consist of: a warm up, a series of drills, review of previous inverted tricks, breakdown of a new inverted trick, and a cool down.
