Beginner Spins

Pre-requisites: None
It is recommend that for this class you bring / wear:
Socks, leggings, tank top, knee pads.

In this class you will be introduced to pole spins. A pole spin is when you travel around the pole with your feet off of the floor. This is one of the best places to start your pole journey. Pole spins are not only fun but also a great way to build beautiful long lean muscle through-out your entire body. The spins in our beginner spins classes consist of 3 points of contact with the pole, we work on static and spin pole, and introduce you to multiple entries and exits out of each spin. Each class consist of a warm up, a series of drills, a new spin, a review of previous spins, a dance out and a cool down.

Each students Pole Journey is different, you will find you have strengths and weaknesses that may differ from your fellow pole dancers. Therefore, your teacher is here to guide you and work with you at whatever level you are working through, they will always have the time to break things down, review, and continue to challenge you.
